Develops the student’s own Biblical worldview of what management is through examination of current theories. This course is designed to provide an overview of the functions and applications of management in contemporary organizations from an organizational behavior perspective. The main objective will be to provide a foundation of knowledge of core management topics. Emphasis on tools and skills for understanding contemporary business activity in such areas as decision-making, planning, organizing, communicating, staffing, and controlling. Examines the role management plays in these areas.
